I absolutely love Peace Love Yoga. everyone there is very welcoming and the mood is always just right. The classes are relaxing & have whatever you new for your practice. I have taken some of the workshops, which were very informative and have helped me with my own personal practice. If you are looking to learn about yoga, relax, or jus sweat this is the place to do so.

My first "Intro to Yoga" class in Jan 2015, but I didn't attend my first official yoga class until July. The reason? Yoga was intimidating. I had cold feet of a beginner. Would I be able to keep up? Would I understand what was going on? Would my inexperience ruin the flow of the class? My fears were allayed within the first few minutes of my first class!

I've been coming to Peace Love Yoga for a few years. After years of taking yoga classes at the gym, I knew from my first experience at PLY that it was completely different. The vibe at the studio is calm and serene, yet I felt as physically challenged as with any gym experience I'd had. The instructors are knowledgeable, and guide each yogi to explore their goals for their yoga practice. There is recognition that these goals may be physical, mental, spiritual, or a combination of all of these. From the physical perspective, there is never pressure to achieve a certain pose, yet there is plenty of encouragement for those who are looking to take their practice to a new level. New faces are always welcomed, and most classes are suitable for yogis of all levels. I came to yoga to become fitter and more flexible, and I love that it's helped me move towards those goals. But thanks to Natalie and the other instructors at PLY, I've found myself coming back to my mat, both in and out of the studio, for the mental benefits it brings.

Going to Peace Love Yoga is the best thing I could of done for myself! I've been going to PLY for about one and half years now and love it! I knew nothing about yoga. One day a friend asked me join her. I was very nerves, but I went. When I walked in PLY I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and atmosphere. That made me feel at ease, but I still was nerves about doing yoga since I had know idea what I was doing. Natalie was teaching class and made me feel very comfortable. If I wasn't doing something right or had problem she came over to help me. After my second time going and realized how much I loved  it, I decided to take private lessons. I wanted to learn the poises better so when I was in class I felt good about myself. Now I try to go to classes faithfully two times a week. I'm a hair stylist and have problems with my neck. Since I've been going to PLY my neck feel one hundred percent better, also the flexibility has helped me with my skiing. When I leave PLY I feel physically and also mentally better. Mentally do to the phrases and quotes the instructors tell us. It's a great what to  start my morning! My son saw how much I loved it now he goes twice a week too.

Fall in love with Natalie's energy, her passion and such dedication to this studio. It's very welcoming to anyone who wants to try, or has done yoga. Great for every "body". Each teacher has their own style and each one is beyond helpful during a class. Zero judgement here. It's a place I go to in order to reconnect with myself, and leave feeling blissed. It's a wonderful yoga family atmosphere. Namaste!
